Hi Steve, I haven't gotten to experimenting making an adapter yet. I bought the materials but it has been busy here since the engrave-in. I'm still playing catch up.
Like you mentioned it does actually make a difference as far as power because of the more mass helping to the dead blow effect. I've been recommending them to anyone with a PC, and will also to the foot control classic as I get the adapters figured out.
