I have been a long time far from forums, busy with other different issues.
I have drawn, designed and hand engraved this on a small italian silver case (4 cm diam.).
It is a present for my wife, so I put the best of myself in it.
Everything has been done using a 90º square graver.
I tried to mix different techniques to get the most from different line modulation. Heavy lines add contrast and create different "layers".
For the backgorund I just used thin lines, not widened at all. Very few dots in it.
After many years, my passion for lines keeps growing!
