Default new member Hobo nickel work

HI I just signed up and I am here because I am eager to learn more about what exactly I am trying to do I am a commercial artist already and I saw hobo nickels on the net so I figured I would give it a try. after another artist friend who does jewelry work saw me trying to make one with a rotary tool he gave me some hand gravers and a basic under standing of their use. this is the outcome:

my latest and favorite so far...

I appreciate any critiques and suggestions as I am going to have a million questions because I am enjoying the hell out of this

Welcome to the club of HOBO NICKEL CARvers.....The OHNS website will give you insight to carving etc. The BO Tales magazine will keep you current with old and new
stuff 4 times a year. Our auction can get your coins in front of buyers and our Two Shows a year get carvers together and let them do what carvers do... If you want buffalo nickels send me your address by PM and I will mail a package to you.....

Great coins..
