Default new to engraving

Just started engraving a few months ago. Can't stop engraving but my learing curve is slow. I am a
veterianarian by profession. for 30yr to be exact. Have been checkering
gun stocks for about 3 year. So thought I would try engraving. I am mostly in the practice plate phase but have done several brass buckles. Hope I get good enough to post some piceces, but that may be a while. I have just ordered the new paralle point graver sharpernering system. I hope it wll help with the heel drag I am having. Guest that is enough for now. Thanks for listening.
