Virgina checking in to see whos nearby!
Troll and lurker for awhile- but I went ahead- dove in and bit the bullet! (well actually the bug bit me- that's why Im here!)
Im in the Tidewater Virginia area (Norfolk)... looking to get my feet wet and signed up for a hand engraving class this August at John Campbell down in NC. Mucked with Silver and aluminum, brass and some bronzes for casting- tried some forging and knife-grinding... now I need to round it all out and get a grip on the embellishing/engraving of my metals! Hope all are well- I have learned from the pics/postings/musings of all here and I can only hope to contribute as much along my journey as I have gained from listening to you all.
