Default Elephant themed scrimshaw

Hello everyone!

I have finally gotten around to post a couple images of some scrim I just finished (I waited long enough for my client to see the knife first).

The client and knifemaker is Ed Lary from Wisconsin. He gave me the knife and basically left it up to me to decide what to scrim on the knife. I noticed that there was an elephant carved into the sheath so, of course I figured the knife had to have an elephant theme to it. I scrimmed on both sides of the knife. I apologize for my photography in advance...

Let me know what you think...

Thank you,

Lori

Lori, I don't know if you remember me, we met at the Atlanta show a couple of years ago. Steve and you had tables back to back and I bought a piece from you. These elephants are awesome. I am proud to say I have something you have done. Karla

Thank you everyone! I really appreciate your comments!

Karla, You'll have to remind me. What piece did you buy? It's so familiar, I can almost see it...

Thanks again everyone!

My hat is off to you. Very well done and the elephants are so realistic. Your scrimshaw work is off the charts on this.
