Scrimshaw Whales Tooth
I have this whales tooth, and know very little about it. It was purchased in '69 in Mass. and that is all I know.
I am wondering if anyone else has any information about this. The ship is the "Sovereign of the Seas" (a clipper ship from 1854) and the name "Linda" is signed. |

Re: Scrimshaw Whales Tooth
You need to talk to Douglass Moody at the Scrimshaw Collectors Website. http://www.scrimshawcollectors.com/ would be very surprised if he couldn't help.
