who signed this?
I found a book on eBay that I already have a copy of. The seller says this is autographed but the signature does not look right.

Re: who signed this?
These look like they were done at a book signing... do you know if he signed a lot of these? If this was a common practice and he signed thousands of copies that can really lower value of autograph.

Re: who signed this?
Sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I remember that he had some of his fingers amputated because of the blood disorder and yet he managed to engrave nevertheless.
Any chance you can remember what year he died so I can add the information to my records? Thanks, Roger

Re: who signed this?
Hello. My name is Scott Bick. My dad was Jimmy Bick. So u know, he actually just passed away on oct. 29th 2012. You may be confusing him with my uncle Tom, my dads brother, who died about 15 yrs ago.

Re: who signed this?
Hello Scott,
I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I hope the confusion about your father is not disconcerting, I'm sure there is an explanation for the misunderstanding. Are you an engraver also? Whatever brought you here I'd like to welcome you. Bob |
