Vivaldi's Four Seasons "Summer" on Electric Guitar
.... As played by the Finnish metal guitarists of "Children of Bodom" ...
... totally awesome .... even better than Steve Vai and Yngwie Malmsteen (IMO) (p.s. gotta love the RR edition Jackson guitars ) |

Re: Vivaldi's Four Seasons "Summer" on Electric Guitar
I'm not a fan of "metal" but that was awsome! Those guys blew me away with their fast fingering. Vivaldi rocks anyway you play his music. The "Red Priest" is my favorite of all baroque composers.

Killer!! I love Classical Metal. Check out Michael Romeo from Symphony X some time on Youtube. He'll blow you away. I also am a fan of the Rhoads V. I have a 1983 in my collection of 80's guitars. Here's a pic of some of them.

Re: Vivaldi's Four Seasons "Summer" on Electric Guitar
Thought you guys might like that ... especially you Roger .
Flipping through the Dore' book you gave me while listening to Vivaldi and sipping single malt is a sweet combination for the senses. -- Those sure were better days Dave. -- Only one thing to say Tony .... This video really makes me want to dust off the only guitar I never sold. It's a couple of frets short for this piece I think. |
