Mrthe's hobo nickel photo studio pics
Mrthe has been a big help to me in the process of getting hobo nickels made, from the tools to the photographs. Below are 2 photos I took last night using a homemade studio I built that was similar to Mrthe's http://www.mrthehobonickels.com/2013...hoto-studio-3/ .
These hobo nickels have been something I've done on the side for fun, otherwise I've been practicing basic engraving techniques with the help of Andy Shinosky, who has been kind enough to guide me through learning everything there is to know to jump into this, sharing equipment, and is also a huge inspiration. This is something I'll never take for granted. Hopefully with more practice I'll be able to post some of my engraving work as I progress. As for now, here are my makeshift hobo coins haha |
