Default Video ti to use the Roland Baptiste point

I make a little video but sorry for the bad quality.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OyRYD9OjUUU

Steps:
1 you cut your line
2 you pass with my point in the two sens into the line. you must have a inclination of your tool, +- 35 to 45° angle
3 you put the gold wire
4 you polish

I hope it will be easier for you

Hi, I'm new to this technique and would love a tools list. As far as I can tell you started with the amazing chisel that you sell a template for sharpening, and then next you used some sort of rounded (brass) tool to push it in, then some sort of scraper (insert more info here) then some sandpaper? Of a certain grit? then more sandpaper of a different grit? If it's not too much trouble, I'd love to know more so I can rationalize buying your template. Thanks so much!

Rolland

Does the yellow template you sell cut both the line and the undercut. Of course with two gravers my question you can shape both with the yellow template?

No just for undercuts use a square and a flat to prepare the setting

I am new to inlays but I need to get started now. What is the best graver point for inlaying gold wire? Round, onglette, or? Then for the undercut the Baptiste...

thanks
