Looking for Engraver to work with my company

Hello,

My name is Michael - I own a small Masonic regalia company. I'm currently looking for an expert engraver to assist me in the creation of 18nth century pieces.

Here are images of the type of piece I'm looking to recreate.

On average the pieces run about:
9 x 5.715 cm

I'm looking to pay someone fairly, and work with them in developing beautiful one of a kind pieces.

I have a few basic questions that would be helpful to an artist's response if you don't mind my interjection. Are you wanting to create new designs that appear to be or resemble what was done in 18th century engraving? Or were you interested in developing designs that employ modern detail and workmanship with a basis in 18th century design? Your last line seems to indicate you want artwork with an approach toward the 'feeling' of the work shown but are open to design and implementation. Would the designs require certain Masonic symbols positioned in accordance with rules or tradition? Do you require or want jewels, silver or gold inlays or colors set into the designs?

Looks like straght up old-fashioned hand (push) engraving, and should not be a problem to duplicate; do it all the time in my shop working for the trade.
Modern masonic jewels largely done by computerized equiptment often impossible to duplicate with hand tools.
