Knife practice running wheat
Had a first go on stainless steel knife today, quite fun
 Not fantastic but looks better than nothing.

Was rather hard but not enough to put me off
 Annoying amount of re-sharpening is all. Know i understand the theory of this design, i just need to refine my cutting and spacing somewhat.
