Hello my name is Isaac Kornhauser and this is my 1st post on this board. I am currently a Jeweler/Designer and have been doing that for about 35 years. I am presently trying to learn hand engraving. I ordered this Buck knife with the pattern lasered on to it and here is my cutting. I have added some of my jewelry pieces so you can see the work I am capable of.

stunning work Isaac, I'm also a jeweler but have only been in the game about 3 years. Engraving can add so much do jewelery design I think and look forward to seeing more of your stuff.

Welcome to the forum.
Your cuts looks very good. Being a jeweler defiantly would give you the edge over the new engravers like me. Keep posting, the jewelery and knife are great. Carl

hello this is D mcvay, I am just getting back into engraving ..been 20 years so you can imagine old process. look forward to getting set back up with fresh new equiptment and fresh ideas..steve love what you have done withthe new hand graver... going to be so much easier to obtain details with that. can't wait to get started.
