Rudy Lala's Latest - Dragon and Tiger Folding Daggers
I have the pleasure to showcase a pair of very special Korth Knives! These are a matched pair of 6” Folding Dagger Prototypes, Dragon and Tiger.
The Dagger blades have a large fuller that runs the entire length, the blades are hand rubbed and fully double edged. The Dragons and Tigers are carved as overlays, and blind screwed in from the back. These Flippers, and all Korth knives use the IKBS (Ikoma-Korth Bearing System.) No matter what direction you are holding them, the blades fly out when you action the flipper! Of course they close pretty smoothly too, so care must be taken when handling these amazing daggers. These knives are quite substantial, and far more impressive in the hand than is conveyed in these photos. Note: You can click the photo for a larger version if you are so inclined. |

WOW...those are beautiful. I would love to have the chance to handle them to experience the bearing system.

Wow Rudy
Thanks for putting up the wip it helps much to see your process much different than the way i am doing it my tools are much smaller and i am not having to make the knife you two really work hard on making that titanium beautiful i like your big die grinders must be pretty hard to hold on to when it gets turning fast how many bits do you go through to complete a knife? the colors are very cool perhaps you can tell me how to dress up my dragon when its done catch you later
