Indeed, as good as it gets!
Even at max magnification it looks sharp. You rule! Thanks for showing. (could I try to engrave a litle piece of this engraving to see how well I would do even just to make you laugh?) Daniel

Is the shading of the oak leaves line cut or are they carved? They look great as does the whole piece.

The oak leaves are line cut Steve. I hate engraving them and i'll do anything to get out of it, but the gunmaker wanted them.
To me they are not the ideal shape to fit into a flowing design compared to a maple or grape leaf for instance. Phil
