Default Hello From Victoria BC.

Hello, I have had an interest in metal engraving for a while now. I am 33 year old mechanic in Victoria BC Canada. I have absolutely no experience but I think I am going to take the plunge and purchase a Lindsay engraver.
I want to say thanks to the all the people on this forum that took the time to enter all this great information!
I have two questions:
1. Is there anybody close to me that has one of these tools that I may come see and maybe try.
2. Does anybody maybe have a used machine for sale?
Thanks, I look forward to trying my hand at this great hobby.
Joe

Most of the time they really are! Your post must'a got overshadowed by something more exciting (someone posted an image of engraving), and ya got buried by the technology. No need to take it personally.

I've visited Victoria - Love it! Great weather, the best fish and chips ever, fantastic chocolate shop, and feeding the seals at the marina.
