progressing slowly....in the right direction.
Back again guys
These are 2 sterling silver plates .5mm in thickness....quite light. All the text was layed out and drawn by hand no computers or transfers used. I'm thrilled with the outcome.....it took quite a while, maybe an hours work for the each plate including layout. I engraved them as flat plates and then fitted to the mahogany base. I used the airgraver for the wiggle cut also.....normally I'd hand push that operation......glorious machine.....absolutely glorious. john |
