New Bloke from the UK

Hi I am in the UK (down south near London) and have been a member on here a while but have never really got around to looking into this exiting area more. I have done a bit of engraving with air and electric engravers but thats about it.



I have read that some are starting out by using hand gravers, which ones should I look at purchasing? And what is the next step on from there....which air graver or automated tool should I be looking at?

Best to buy from as well US or Europe based supplier?

The manual or hand and hammer/chisel gravers holders are one of the best way to start ,they are available from the Engraving Tool page ;

Progressing from manual tools to air-gravers ?
The best air graver is the classic airgraver;

On the other hand as you say you have done some engraving you can go straight for the classic airgraver or even the Artisan.

You need some templates and a sharpening system to make your gravers whether you use air gravers or hand tools ;
